Making your own table? Want an easy way to make a perfect cutout for one of a Woodpecker router plates or router lift? Here's the answer. With this template and a template router bit (one with a bearing on the shank), anyone can rout out a perfectly sized 9-1/4 x 11-3/4 opening. CNC machined from 3/4" MDF for a perfectly smooth bearing surface and large enough for clamps. Useable for at least a dozen openings.

Use Whiteside K41 for making router plate cut-outs.  The K41 from Whiteside is the ideal cutting length and will leave a clean, smooth cut edge.
