Our shipping policy

We can ship most orders internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some international destinations (please see the International Orders section for more information)

We primarily ship all of our products via UPS.  As a customer, you have the option of choosing Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day select, and we can ship on your account if applicable.  In certain circumstances, USPS may be available. Give us a call at 1-800-346-8274 and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Shipping rates are based on the shipping location, the weight of the product(s) and the shipping options you choose (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).

Orders must be able to ship Ground by either Fed Ex or UPS standards.  All orders under 70lb and shipping within the continental United States will qualify for the Free Shipping Promotion.  Unfortunately, Orders shipping outside of the contintal US and orders over 70lb do not meet UPS or Fed Ex requirements to ship Ground and therefore do not qualify for the Free Shipping.

Tracking your orders

We ship from multiple wareouses around the US and will always try to ship from the closest warehouse with stock.  We may ship in multiple shipments if one warehouse does not have all the items in your order.   There is no additional cost for this service.  If unexpected delays occur, customers will be contacted via phone or email (provided with your order) as soon as possible.

Once an order is updated with a tracking number an email will be generated with the tracking information and sent to the address supplied when the order was placed.  You may also log in to your account or give us a call at 1-800-346-8274 to check your order status at any time.


International Orders

We do offer the option to ship international orders. Many of our shipping warehouses will not ship internationally and therefore, the product(s) will have to be brought into our facility.  We do charge an additional $15.00 handling fee for international orders since they have to be brought into our facility (please add 3-5 business days to listed product availability).


Shipping to Canada

Please note, when shipping to Canada via Canada Standard, additional brokerage fees may apply.  In many cases, we can ship via United States Postal Service from our location.  However, there is an approximate one week lead time.  Orders under $200 have a flat $10 handling fee when shipped on our UPS account.  We are not responsible for any additional brokerage fees incurred from UPS.


A brief guide to order statuses

We have three different status updates for your order that you will see in your account:

1. Awaiting Fulfillment. The order has been received and processed.

2. Awaiting Shipment. We are just waiting for notification that the order has shipped.

3. Shipped
