Disclaimer: Orders with free shipping with be sent UPS Ground or USPS Priority Flat Rate. Order must be under 70lb and be shipping within the continental United States will qualify for free shipping.

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We primarily ship all of our products via UPS with shipping methods quoted at checkout. Shipping rates are based on the shipping destination, the weight of the product(s) and dimensions of the parcel, as well as any fees assessed by UPS. We are also happy to bill your UPS account directly and USPS may be available for some orders. Please CONTACT US for assistance. 

We are happy to accommodate most international orders however some restrictions and limitations may apply. Please see below for details. The customer is responsible for all brokerage and import fees assessed by the receiving country.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Items are stocked in warehouses across the USA. In some instances, items may be stocked at different warehouses and will be shipped separately at no additional cost. 

We do our best to update orders with the tracking details as soon as they have shipped. However, there are sometimes delays or errors which may result in tracking numbers not being available online. Please CONTACT US to check your order status or request tracking information at any time.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to offer international shipping on most items with UPS costs quoted at checkout. Orders shipping to Canada can ship via USPS by request. Incra systems and freight shipments are not able to be shipped internationally. 

Some warehouses are not able to ship international orders. In these cases, orders are re-routed through our Washington state warehouse for a $15.00 handling fee. Please add 3-5 business days to listed product availability. 

The customer is responsible for all brokerage and import fees assessed by the receiving country.

 ORDER STATUSES

  1. Awaiting Shipment: Your order has been received and is waiting to be packed by the warehouse.
  2. Partially Shipment: Some of the items on your order have shipped while others are still awaiting shipment.
  3. Shipped/Complete: Your items have been shipped and/or the order has been completed.
  4. Pending: Your order has not yet been processed. Please see the order notes or CONTACT US for more details.
  5. Cancelled: Your order was cancelled and refunded. 
  6. Refunded / Partially Refunded: All or a portion of your order was returned and a refund has been issued.
