General Return/ Exchange Policy

Unused items that are still in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the date that the order was shipped.  Any defective or damaged items must be returned within 30 days of the date that the order was shipped.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to fours weeks of your item(s) being returned. However, in many cases, refunds are able to be processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for our warehouse to receive your return (5-6 business days) and the time it takes for your bank or payment service provider to process the funds being returned to you (2-3 business days). In most circumstances, we can process your refund within 1-2 days of acceptance of your return (with the exception of holidays and weekends).

On occasion, the factory will need to inspect a damaged or defective part before your refund/exchange is issued to confirm that the damage is the result of a production error. If this is the case for your return you will be notified once you have submitted the initial return request and given options regarding how to proceed.


Restock Fee

Please note that some items are subject to a restock fee of up to 35%. Once you have submitted your initial return request we will notified you if any items in your return are subject to a restock fee.


Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error (incorrect items, unfulfilled expedited shipping, etc.) or if the product is defective. In the event that an exchange or replacement is requested for these returns, we will re-ship your order via the same method that was initially selected when your order was placed.

If you are returning an item by request (not due to our error or product defect), the initial shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs along with any re-shipping fees for replacements or exchanges.

In some cases where a return by request (not due to our error or product defect) was part of an order that received free shipping, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well as the return shipping costs.

**Please note, if you are shipping the items at your own cost, it is still necessary for you to get a return number and relay the tracking information for your return shipment to us. Without the tracking details or a return number we may not receive confirmation of your order being received and this may greatly delay (or inhibit) our ability to process your refund and/or exchange (if applicable). No return guarantees will apply to orders shipped without a return number or return label provided by Carbide Processors. **

Processing a Return
1. Submit your initial return request either via email ( or by logging into your account, selecting “Complete Orders”, and clicking the “Return Item(s)” button.
2. Once your initial return request is received, we will send you an email with return options and any details regarding shipping costs to be collected, restock fees, or necessary inspection if applicable.
3. A return number and/or return instructions will be emailed to you as soon as a return number has been generated by the warehouse (1-3 business days).
4. Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt/acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued less any shipping costs/restock fees that will be relayed in the response to your initial request.
