 The Return Process

1. Submit your return request to

2. We will confirm your return request via email and begin getting the RMA.

3. We will email you the RMA, return instructions, and an estimated refund amount.

4. Once the warehouse has inspected the return your refund will be issued. 


General Return/ Exchange Policy

Unused items that are still in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the date that the order was shipped. Any defective or damaged items should be returned within 30 days of the date that the order was shipped though we will always do our best to assist within the scope of the manufacutrer's policies. 

Once your return request has been received we will confirm that we've begun the process of getting an RMA (return merchandise authorization) from the warehouse. RMAs are normally received in 1-2 business days but may take up to 5 business days depending on warehouse response times. Typically Most returns are refunded 3-5 business days after the items have been recieived but in some cases may take up to 4 weeks if manufacuturer inspection is required. 

Items returned for exchange must be received before the exchange can be processed. If there is a balance after the return credit is applied it must be paid before the exchange item will ship. 


Restocking Fee

Please note that some items are subject to a restock fee of up to 35%. When we provide your RMA we will let you know if there is a restocking fee for your return and provide your estimated refund..


Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error (incorrect items, unfulfilled expedited shipping, etc.) or if the product is defective. In the event that an exchange or replacement is requested for these returns, we will re-ship your order via the same method that was initially selected when your order was placed.

Returns that are not due to our error or product defect that received free shipping will have the initial shipping costs deducted from the refund. 

The customer is responsible all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product defect. For most returns, we will provide a pre-paid return label and deduct cost from your refund unless the customer prefers to ship at their own cost. 

International returns must be shipped at the customer's own costs and any import taxes or fees that are required for delivery will be deducted from the refund.

**Please note, if you are shipping a return at your own cost, it is still necessary for you to get RMA and relay the tracking information to us.** 

Without the tracking details or a return number we may not receive confirmation of your order being received. This may delay, or inhibit, our ability to process your refund and/or exchange. No return guarantees will apply to orders shipped without a return number or return label provided by Carbide Processors.
