Upcut 3 Flute Router Bits - Chipbreaker
These upshear chipbreaker CNC router bits break up the chips as they cut by including wide spaced serrations in the flutes. The serrations are staggered to leave a smooth face but can leave visual lines in some cases. These bits fall in between a rougher and a finisher spiral and are an excellent choice when higher CNC feed rates are required in hardwoods, plywood and dense materials. The 3 flute design can leave a smoother finish than a 2 flute bit.
