CNC Spoilboard Surfacing Router Bits

Choose from either Carbide Tipped Spoilboard Cutters or Carbide Insert Spoilboard Cutters. Carbide Tipped Spoilboard Cutters are made with thick pieces of carbide brazed right on to the tool body. The Carbide Insert Spoilboard Cutters feature are replaceable solid carbide insert with 4 cutting edges. Carbide Tipped Spoilboard cutters are available in 3 or 4 wing designs and the Carbide Insert spoilboard Cutters come in 2 or 3 wing designs.

Choose straight cut for particle board and MDF spoilboard surfacing or up-shear for balsa core material.

To get the most out of your CNC router bits with insert knives, make sure the torque is even on your cutting tool. Using a Torque screwdriver can ensure that your torque is even and extend the life of your cutting tools.
