Incra Clean Sweep Dust Collector, Incra CLEANSWEEP

The Incra CleanSweep Dust Collection System keeps your shop cleaner by collecting the saw dust at the source. 

The CleanSweep Dust Collector is a precision molded ABS and Steel cabinet that works with your 4" dust collector.  The vacuum action generated inside the CleanSweep cabinet from your 4" dust collection hose sucks in chips, and fine dust downward into the cabinet and away from the router bit and router table top surface.  This dust Collection cabinet works at the source to keep saw dust out of the way of your work, keeping your shop clean and dust free.  *Intended for use with conventional woodworking dust/chip collectors that have a minimum 4" inlet diameter only.

The unique design of the Incra CleanSweep cabinet is what sets it a part from a standard dust port that you would mount on your router fence.  The CleanSweep cabinet works to remove dust and chips from every cut you make on your router table, not just cuts where the fence is covering the router bit.  This gives you incredible chip and dust removal, even when routing grooves, or making cuts for box joints and dovetails. 

The Incra CleanSweep can be used with any Woodpecker or Incra router table, or any laminated or phenolic router table that has a bottom table opening within the CleanSweeps 9 1/8" x 12 3/4" inside dimensions.  The overall Cabinet height is 15 3/4" from the mounting flange to the end of the dust port.  

If using a Kreg, Woodhaven, or laminated router table from Jessem, the cleanSweep Table Adapter, CS-ADAPTER is required to clear the bottom-mounted leveling mechanism used at their table opening's corner.  CleanSweep is not compatible with tables that use remotely-operated router lifts.
