Variable Helix- Standard Length
HTC Tool manufactures unique high performance Variable Helix tools that are designed to cut stainless steel and other tough alloys at high metal removal rates. These Variable Helix have 4 flutes variable indexed flute-to-flute and are coated in HTC's AlTiN Hard coat for high heat resistance in dry high speed machining. The special tool geometry offers reduced vibration, greater strength, better tool life and faster feeds and speeds. Each flute is grooved to maximize cooling and chip removal. Choose from either Square End or Ball End.
