Carbide Saw Tip for retipping- WDC 5/16" (.312")Long x 0.093 Thick. European style with chamfered base.  Choose from our C2/C3 grade, Nail cutting (Pallet Cutting) grade or our advanced Micro Grain Super C grade.  See the table below to find the right grade for your specific application.  All our WDC Saw Tips come Pretinned with 50% cadmium Free Silver solder for a incredibly strong braze joint. 
Other grades, pretin and treatment options available by special order.

*Please note:  Our Nail Cutting Grade (or Pallet Grade) is only available in .170 and .250 kerfs in our WDC Saw Tips.  Please call for a quote on other sizes in this grade.

Grade Descriptions
C2/C3 Sometimes called "Middle C" or "Big Joe". A modern, advanced grade that is tougher than the traditional C2 with better wear than the traditional C3.
NC Super Tough Nail Cutting grade. Excellent for abusive applications such as Flooring Removal, Pallet Mills, Beetle Killed Lumber and similar.
Super C A modern, advanced grade. Sub-Micron with a high binder content. The toughness of a C-1 with the wear properties of a C-3 or maybe a C-4 depending on the application. An excellent sawmill grade. Often used as a general-purpose retipping grade.
