Bottoming Taps
Triumph carbon steel bottoming taps are great for threading holes that are not drilled completely thru the material (blind holes). Used when you need threads as close to the bottom of the hole as possible.
Bottoming taps typically have a 1-2 thread chamfer at the tip.
*Carbon steel taps are not recommended for machine tapping.
