Downcut Router Bits

Downcut Spiral Router bits push the chips down into the cut, but leave a really clean and smooth finish on the top of the material. Downcut Router Bits don't offer the best chip removal, but they are ideal for cutting shallow dados, rabbets, and visible slots because of the clean finish they give.
