Blade Thickness = Plate + side clearance + tolerances
Kerf = width of cut = plate width + tip side clearance + wobble

Just send us your specifications and a drawing. Following is a chart we use in house for saw design. You can fill it out or have one of our cutting tool engineers consult with you.
