Whiteisde CNC Spoilboard Bits are the ideal tool for machining spoilboard and are engineered and designed for the highest quality of cut and maximum cutting efficiency.  CNC spoilboard router bits are great for planing and rabbeting large surface areas in MDF, Balsa core, hardwoods, softwoods, and even plastics.  

The Carbide Tipped Spoilboard Cutters come in 3 or 4 wing designs with thick carbide brazed onto the tool body.

The CNC Insert Spoilboard Cutters come in 2 wing or three wing designs in straight cut or up shear styles.  Use straight cut on fiberboard to create a clean and fuzz-free finish.  Use Up Shear for all other materials for a smooth, clean cut.

The Insert Spoilboard Cutters have replaceable 4 sided insert knives that are made from the highest quality of carbide for longer tool life and feature 4 cutting edges.  The 4-sided insert knives are reversible and replaceable, so that they can be flipped over and the other side can be used once one side becomes dull.
