Wera Tamper-proof Torx Bits (Security Torx) are designed with a center bore hole, making them ideal for fastening and unfastening Torx Tamper-proof screws. Tamper-proof Torx Screws have a safety pin that protrudes into the drive profile, making it so that standard Torx Bits cannot be used. The safey pin in the tamper-proof screws fits into the center bore hole in the Tamper-proof Torx Bits, allowing for easy fastening and fastening of tamper-proof Torx screws.
