The SOG Vulcan is a folding pocket knife named after the six barrel gatling gun used in military aircraft. The knife opens easily with a flick of the thumb or by using the new Kick Deployment System - press on the back of the blade and it's open. The blade locks securely in the open position using SOG's proprietary Arc-Lock which is operable with the knife in either hand.
The blade on this version of the Vulcan is made from premium Japanese VG-10 San Mai steel with a satin polish finish and features a smooth edge with a tanto point.
The Vulcan handle is made from a full steel liner encased in durable glass reinforced nylon with a raised diamond pattern for secure grip. The handle is shaped for improved comfort with a reversable pocket clip.
