O-Flute Straight Router Bits

O-flute router bits are designed to smoothly carve out chips while cutting plastics rather than fracturing the material. These bits are available in one or two flute configurations and feature straight flutes, which are useful when the upward or downward forces of a spiral bit are not desired. Two flute designs are generally better for harder plastics and higher feed rates while the single flute design may be better for softer materials.
