Cutting Edge Diameter 3/16", Cutting Edge Length 5/8", Shank Diameter 1/4", Overall Length 2".

The double edge O flute offers the same cutting characteristics as the single edge O flute, but can provide additional life in some materials. Two cutting edges reduce chip loads and produce a stronger cross section. Usually works better on slightly harder plastics.
