Klein insulated tools combine excellent functionality along with reduction of risk of injury where a tool might make contact with an energized source with voltage up to 1000 volts. 

These tools are made from induction hardened tool steel with a flame retardant, impact-resistant, bright orange outer coating. All Classic Klein insulated tools compy with ASTM F-1505 and IEC 60900-2004 standards for insulated tools & are clearly marked with the official international 1000-volt rating symbol.
