Wiha 20137 - Insulated Open End Spanner 1/2. Insulation According to VDE Specification 0680 and EN/IEC 60900, DIN 7446, up to 1000 Volt. Individually Tested. Chrome-vanadium steel, hardened. Angled 15deg.

CVM or Chrome-Vanadium-Molybdenum steel is a special, high strength, high performance alloy. Chromium improves wear resistance, hardness and corrosion resistance. Vanadium also improves the grain structure for a tougher tool. Molybdenum improves impact resistance as well as increases tensile strength and elasticity to prevent tool breakage and snapping.
