If you have a small project or are new to brazing this is a wonderful kit to get you started. 

This starter kit includes over 5 feet of 45% silver cadmium free braze alloy and 1.75oz bottle of White Flux. The recommended braze temperature range is 1370°F - 1550°F. This alloy meets AWS specifications for BAg-5 brazing filler metal. Uses include the electrical industry, and also the dairy and food industries, in which cadmium-containing filler metals are prohibited. Great for brazing brass parts (such as in ship piping, band instruments, lamps, etc.).

*This brazing flux meets the following specifications: OF-499 Type B, AMS 3410, AWS FB3-A and other military, technical and industrial specifications. There can be hazards in using braze alloy. Do not allow the fumes to be inhaled or to come into contact with an operator or other person. For complete information please request an MSDS sheet.
