These Straight Flute Thunder Taps are made from premium High Speed Steel and are designed for hand or machine tapping of new holes or thread repair in existing holes.
ThunderTap Bottom Taps are used in blind holes to obtain maximum thread depth and have 1-2 thread chamfer at the tip.
