a minimum mill shank size of 3/4" dia does. The CHUC11 should help me in this regard.
I have spun the adapter up to 3250 rpm. It runs true and is well balanced. It should do the job. Now to experiment with some 3/4 shank tooling. I plan to try some 2"dia insert mills and also a couple of carbide toothed annular cutters. Maybe I can say goodbye to all my expensive 2" dia, ten flute, HSS shell mills I use for facing PEEK.
