Popular Tools Plastic Cutting Saw Blades are designed for cutting vinyl, acrylic sheets, moldings or extrusions. These blades have a maximum cutting thickness of 10mm (3/8"). For cutting thicker plastics, we recommend a TCG grind such as the GT Series.

What makes Popular Tools Plastic Cutting saw blades so great?  These saw blades feature a ATAF or ATAF+R tooth design wich allow the beveled face on the tips to plane the sides of the cut as the beveled tops slice through, creating a very clean, smooth cut.  Also, because of Popular Tools strict quality control standards, every blade has a runout of .002" or less.
