$100 cuts from
a $25 blade
Final Cut makes special
sandpaper disks for saw blades. If you put
sandpaper on the sides of a saw blade it cuts and
sands at the same time giving you beautiful
finishes.
Just peel off the backing and stick
them to the sides of any blade for beautiful cuts.
The concept is simple.
Making it work took thirty years.
The first record of anyone trying this was about
thirty years ago at the old Systi Matic plant in Seattle, WA. At
that time the concept worked but it wasn't practical because the
sandpaper wouldn't stay on well and the paper rapidly wore
smooth. Thirty years later there have been the same
advances in adhesives and sand paper that there have been in
electronics, automobiles and everything else.
Still and all it took a finish carpenter in
Missouri many years to get it exactly right. He
started with nothing and worked himself up to being a builder of
top end custom homes. He did this by producing beautiful
work on a competitive bid basis. This means that beautiful
cuts in as little time as possible are essential for success.

A Final Cut
Blade made the beautiful cuts that created the thin
tongue at the top. The cuts on the side (notice
the marks on the right end) were done with a leading,
famous name blade.
